WeCare began offering primary care in 1979. The organization was created to provide organizational framework for our volunteer ambulance service, STAR (Southern Trinity Area Rescue). However, since that time our primary care clinics have grown from a small travel trailer in the back of Southern Trinity high school to not one but two freestanding clinics. One in Mad River and the other in Scotia California. Our Mad River and Scotia clinics are staffed with people who live in the community and who understand the wonderful life of living in a rural community.
